My approach to personal training is holistic, strength-focused, and rooted in partnership. I believe every body is unique, and achieving meaningful, lasting results requires an individualized approach. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I work closely with each client to create customized programs that support strength, health, and sustainable progress. My role is not only to guide, but to adapt and support clients as their goals and needs evolve.

I began my training journey at a young age with running, bodybuilding, yoga, and classical ballet, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to movement, strength, and athletic performance. Over time, I expanded my experience to include Muay Thai, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting. This diverse background allows me to train clients multidimensionally, blending modalities to build well-rounded, resilient bodies.

I’m not just a trainer—I’m a lifelong student. I earned my BA from UC Berkeley, an experience that strengthened my commitment to learning, personal growth, and empowering others. Having worked with many coaches throughout my own career, I deeply understand the client experience and continually apply what I’ve learned to better serve those I train. While I draw from a wide range of disciplines, my core expertise lies in bodybuilding and strength training, backed by over 30 years of hands-on experience.

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with 13 years of personal training experience and over 30 years of bodybuilding experience. My sessions emphasize proper form and technique, integrating mobility and corrective work to help prevent injury while building strength.

Education is a priority in every session. I strive to create an environment that’s both informative and enjoyable—where clients build confidence and develop a lasting appreciation for their health and the strength of their bodies.
